A departure from our usual - I wanted to share with you this 60-min spontaneous early-morning routine I put together this morning!

1. Pick chord quality
2. Play the arpeggio in all 12 keys (choose ascending or descending, choose interval to shift through ex: half-step, minor 3rd)
3. Improvise lightly on root position arpeggio through all 12 just within the octave
4. Improvise a cadenza on each arpeggio without tempo/time res...
